awful breakfast rye bread
the location was great, very close to many sites. the staff were attentive.
breakfast was quite awful. the buffet had no cereals except muesli, only one dark rye bread was available. there was very little cheese or cold meat on offer, and no honey. i expected more from a hotel like this.

every member of staff focused on customer care. the building holds world history. i enjoyed my time at the spa. a morning tour of the building was well worth doing

the building is undeniably grand with a rich history, and i appreciated the opportunity to take a tour and learn about its past. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. the Kioku bar was a highlight, and it featured an extensive selection of sake and attentive staff.
